Home My WebLink About860752.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPOINTMENT OF JIM NOAH TO LOCAL ENERGY IMPACT REVIEW COMMITTEE WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Lenore Sharp has resigned as the Mayor of Platteville and can no longer serve as a representative of the Mayor' s Coordinating Committee on the Local Energy Impact Review Committee, and WHEREAS, the Mayor' s Coordinating Committee has recommended that Jim Noah, Mayor of Johnstown, be appointed to the Local Energy Impact Review Committee, replacing Lenore Sharp. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that Jim Noah be, and hereby is, appointed to the Local Energy Impact Review Committee as a representative of the Mayor' s Coordinating Committee. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of July, A.D. , 1986.
