RE: APPROVE DISCLAIMER AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on January 30 , 1988 , Mary Madeleine Weninger and
Roman G. Weninger executed a deed conveying certain real property
to Weld County, Colorado, which deed was recorded in Book 1224 ,
Reception No. 02170590 , of the deed records of Weld County,
Colorado, on February 10 , 1989 , and
WHEREAS , the Board has been presented with a Disclaimer
whereby Weld County disclaims any and all right, title, and
interest in and to the following described real estate, with all
its appurtenances, in Weld County, Colorado:
Township 4 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M.
Section 36 : Si
Township 3 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M.
Section 1 : All
WHEREAS , after review, the Board deems it advisable to
approve said Disclaimer, a copy of which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Disclaimer
concerning the above described real property be, and hereby is,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and
hereby is, authorized to sign said Disclaimer.
