D. 19 87 , 19 , 19 , are erroneous or illegal for the following reasons, viz: (Explain completely why the assessment is erroneous or illegal) The taxes were erroneously levied because of clerical error. The taxpayer, in column B of the Declaration Schedule submitted to the Assessor's office, incorrectly reported the oil and gas sold in gross dollars rather than barrels of oil and MCF of gas.
