What has been undertaken and/or completed during the reporting period? How does this progress relate to "milestones" contained in the approved project schedule? During this quarter, we have expanded the program boundries to include the communities of Ault, Pierce, and Nunn. Since this expansion has taken place we have received many more applications. We now have a total of 46. The status of" these applications is as follows: 13 Denied; 8 withdrawn; 13 pending; 4 ready for work write up; 3 ready for bid; one in progress; and 4 are complete including the replace- ment housing unit for Mary Alvarez in Gill. Because of greater applicant response, we are only slightly behind schedule. 2. What will be undertaken and/or completed during the next reporting period? How does this projected progress relate to 11-6—"milestones" contained in the approved project schedule? The units mentioned above that are ready for bids and work write ups will be completed during the next reporting period. Of the 13. pending applications, half should be approved and work write ups will be completed. Our goal is to have 15 units rehabilitated completely by December 31, 1985. 3. Have any complaints been received or have problems or issues ' developed related to financial management, environmental review, , civil .rights, labor standards, displacement/acquisition/relocation or other matters? If so, how have these been or how will these be resolved? The only issue that has arisen during the last quarter has been a conflict of interest question. We are following all applicable rules and regulations regarding the public disclosure of this situation. 4. What, if any, additional technical assistance is needed to successfully complete the project? Continued technical assistance is needed on cost estimates and work write ups. * * * * * * * * I hereby certify to the best of my knowledge and belief that the information in this report, including any supplemental information, is true and correct. cn \ • CHAIRMAN, BD OF COMMISSIONERS 10/7/85 gnat fi cn e' iec ed official Title e a W F H W .
