RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1461 - LeROY DENTLINGER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 5th day of October, 1988 , considered the request
of LeRoy Dentlinger for a mobile home to be used as a principal
dwelling, and
WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an
A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more
particularly described as follows:
Part of the SEI NW} of Section 26 , Township 6
North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld
County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the
testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to
the following conditions: 1) The applicant shall apply for a
building permit for the mobile home within thirty days from the
date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; 2) A septic
permit shall be obtained; and 3) The mobile home shall not be
occupied until such time that the applicant has complied with the
above mentioned conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of LeRoy
Dentlinger for permission to place a mobile home to be used as a
principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which
was found to be in compliance with Section 43 of the Weld County
Zoning Ordinance, be, and hereby is, granted subject to the
hereinabove listed conditions.

the 6th P .M. , Weld County, Colorado.
LOCATION: Approximately one mile northeast of Gill; north of Weld county
-toad 64-1/2 and east of Weld County Road 57.
The Department of Planning Services' staff has reviewed this request and
recommends that the request be approved for the following reasons:
WILL WILL NOT
X Be compatible with the Weld County Comprehen-
sive Plan.
X Be compatible with the surrounding area.
X _ Be in harmony with the character of the
neighborhood.
X Adversely affect the immediate area.
X Be adequately served by water and sewage
disposal facilities.
X Adversely affect the general health, safety
and welfare of the inhabitants of the area and
the County.
COMMENTS:
The Department of Planning Services has not received any objections from
surrounding property owners.
The Weld County Health Department and the Weld County Engineering Department
has reviewed this request and has no objections to it.
The Department of Planning Services' staff recommendation for approval is
conditional upon the following:
1. The applicant applying for a building permit for the mobile home within
thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County
Commissioners.
2. A septic permit shall be obtained prior to the issuance of a building
permit.

From a point on the South line of the Northwest Quarter (NW;) -of said Section 26,
which is 825 feet West of the Southeast Corner (SE Cor) thereof, which is the True
Point of Beginning:
thence East 522.2 feet to a point;
thence North 32 degrees 20' West, 302.9 feet;
thence North 40 degrees 10' West, 537.3 feet to a point on the West boundary line
of that part of the NW; of Section 26, Township 6 North, Range 64 West of the 6th
P.M. which was conveyed by Carl H. Young to Joe H. Robertson by Warrenty Deed
recorded in Book 1121 at page 558, of the records of Weld County, Colorado;
