Dear Ms . Curry:
Attached to this letter are all required materials for
review of a Subdivision Exemption along with a check in the
amount of $200 . 00 . We would also request that this letter be
considered a part of the application.
This Subdivision Exemption request is to separate existing
residential improvements from the parcel for purposes of
financing . First America Savings Bank of Longmont has recently
recorded a Deed of Trust upon the parcel for which we are
requesting the Subdivision Exemption. The purpose of the Deed of
Trust was to provide collateral to the Bank for financing the
construction of the residence. Colorado statutes allow a County
to exempt a parcel for purposes of a Deed of Trust or Mortgage
and this is the purpose of the request . If you have any
additional questions , please contact the undersigned.
