RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF DAVID S . WORONOFF TO WELD COUNTY BOARD
OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Board
of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that David S . Woronoff be
appointed to said Board, to replace Judy Nelson at the associate
member position, with his term to expire December 31 , 1989 , and
WHEREAS , the Board desires to appoint David S . Woronoff to
the Weld County Board of Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that David S . Woronoff be,
and hereby is , appointed to the Weld County Board of Adjustment,
with his term to expire December 31 , 1989 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of
September, A.D. , 1987 .
