RESOLUTION
RE: DONATION BY COLORADO AG EDUCATION, INC.
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Colorado Ag Education, Inc. , has donated the
following to enhance the Weld County Exhibition Building and 4-H
Building:
Electrical $ 444 .64
Remodeling 825 .00
Window Coverings 1 ,132.00
Carpeting 3 ,675 .50
TOTAL $6 ,077 . 14
WHEREAS , the donation is a benefit to the County for the
enhancement of the Island Grove facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, in acceptance of the
donation, recognizes and appreciates the donation of $6 ,077. 14
from Colorado Ag Education, Inc. , for the enhancement of the
Island Grove facilities for the benefit of all citizens of Weld
County.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 11th day of
March, A.D. , 1985 .

Chuck Urano called this A.M. Colorado Ag Education needs a letter
from the county indicating we have accepted remodelling work at Island
Grove (for IRS) . The work done was as follows:
electrical $ 444.64
remodelling 825.00
window covering 1132.00
carpet 3675.50
Total $6,077.14
The letter should go to Colorado Ag Education in care of Chuck Urano,
6841 28th Street, Greeley, CO 80634.
