In the spring of 1986 a tank battery which was installed on the above referenced location was moved to a new location, i . e. Hergenreder 32-9 Well Site NE/4 SE/4 Sec. 32 T5N, R63W A permit was obtained and paid for from The Weld County Permit Office to move the tank to the new legally described location.
