The above well has never been drilled. The personal property

32-9 in early 1986 and has since been taxed at that site. Please

State of Colorado, at a duly and lawfully called regular meeting held on the 15th day

Dear Mr. Keirnes
We wish to call your attention to the fact that the above
referenced property has never been drilled. In the spring of 1986
a tank battery which was installed on the above referenced
location was moved to a new location, i . e.
Hergenreder 32-9 Well Site
NE/4 SE/4 Sec. 32
T5N, R63W
A permit was obtained and paid for from The Weld County Permit
Office to move the tank to the new legally described location.
Since then we find we are being taxed for the same equipment on
both locations.
Your cooperation in remedying this situation would be
appreciated.
