This release of funds process is related to a thorough review of possible environmental impacts of proposed project activities. We will conduct CDBG project management training next month for grantees undertaking housing projects and public facilities/construction projects. The housing project training will be conducted on Wednesday, May 21 and Thursday, May 22. (Only those housing grantees whose projects involve real property acquisition, relocation or alternative relocation are expected to attend on Wednesday, May 21 . ) The public facilities/ construction project training will be held on Thursday, May 22. These training sessions will be held at the Radisson Hotel Denver, 1550 Court Place, in the meeting rooms identified in the enclosed agenda and hotel floorplan.
