WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 6th day of March, 1985 , considered the request of Two E Ranches, Inc. to place a dwelling on a parcel of land to be used as a second accessory dwelling on a ranch, and WHEREAS, said accessory dwelling is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: W1 NWa of Section 10 , Township 3 North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions: 1) the applicant shall apply for a building permit for the accessory dwelling within thirty days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; 2) a septic permit shall be obtained and the site shall meet percolation test requirements prior to the issuance of a building permit; 3) prior to the issuance of a building permit, the owner shall submit evidence that the proposed well is supplying water in such a manner as to be adequate in quality, quantity and dependability for the proposed use; and 4) the accessory dwelling shall not be occupied until the hereinabove mentioned conditions have been complied with. The water well is in Section 9. We plan to run pipe from water well in Section 9 to house in Section i1:1. The line will be approximately seventy (70) feet into Section 10.
