Gentlemen:
By "Certificate of Designation Oil and Gas Well Production Water
Disposal Site, " dated December 12 , 1983, Arvin G. Martensen/E-Vap,
Ltd. , Inc. , was permitted to operate an oil waste water disposal
site near Johnstown, Colorado. They also were given the
"Designation of Operator. "
This law firm represents Arvin G. Martensen and E-Vap, Ltd. , Inc. ,
and has been requested, on their behalf, to request that this
authority granted them be cancelled.
They are no longer operating the facility, do not have an interest
in it and want to ensure that they have no responsibility or
liability for same.
