Dear Mr. Mullen:
The owners of the property located at 34095 WCR 23 (Windsor
Gas Processing, U.S.R.-581: 83: 44) request permission to
locate a moveable office structure on their property.
Pursuant to the permit application submitted April 15, 1985 ,
describing the above structure, we wish to provide this
additional information:
U. S.R.-581: 83 : 44 , granted October 18, 1983 , included
provisions for the construction of a permanent office
building and the utilization of the South portion of the
property for a pipe storage yard.
Due to the recent economic downturn in the petroleum
industry, it is not economically feasible to construct an
office at this time. The owners of this project find that a
temporary office located per drawing will suffice in the
interim.
The temporary office structure described in the permit
application will be set to all applicable codes and
standards. It is finished on the exterior in wood grain
paneling and stained/painted to fit the surroundings. The
area immediately adjacent to the unit will be landscaped and
gravel parking facilities will be installed. It is also
proposed to expand the landscaping of this portion of the
property to include trees and shrubs in strategic locations
to enhance the visual impact of these facilities. We request
that we be allowed to implement this secondary landscape work
over this summer of 1985 .

When the economy permits, the permanent office will be built
and the temporary quarters will be vacated and removed.
We trust this request meets your approval, and it is our
desire to continually improve the looks and reduce the
impact this facility has on the community.
