RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO UNIFORM BUILDING CODE BOARD OF
APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, several vacancies currently exist on the Uniform
Building Code Board of Appeals , and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Stephen Wernsman, Ralph
Hicks , and Robert Sandau be reappointed to said Board, with their
terms to expire December 31 , 1990 , and
WHEREAS , the Board desires to reappoint the above named
individuals to the Uniform Building Code Board of Appeals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Stephen Wernsman,
Ralph Hicks , and Robert Sandau be , and hereby are , reappointed to
the Uniform Building Code Board of Appeals , with their terms to
expire December 31 , 1990 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 16th day of
