MARTINET , TO PRE-ADVERTISE AMENDED USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , Jo Hayes, agent representing Chris and Terrance Ammon and John S. Martinez , has submitted a letter to the Board of County Commissioners requesting an amended Use by Special Review be pre-advertised, and WHEREAS , a copy of said letter of request is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it appropriate to grant said request to pre-advertise this matter, with said hearing to be held April 30 , 1986 at 2: 00 p.m. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request made by Jo Hayes , agent for Chris and Terrance Ammon and John S.
