RE: APPROVE CONTINUANCE OF HEARING TO CONSIDER PROBABLE CAUSE
HEARING FOR 31 DISPOSAL - STAN AND LINDA RECH
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , at a public meeting on the 7th day of August, 1985 ,
the Board of County Commissioners considered a Probable Cause
Hearing for 31 Disposal , which is owned and operated by Stan and
Linda Rech, and
WHEREAS, at said meeting, the Board, upon the recommendation
of the Department of Planning Services, deems it advisable to
continue this matter to November 1 , 1985 , in order to allow Stan
and Linda Rech to come into compliance with the Development
Standards which are set forth in Special Use Permit #427 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Probable Cause
Hearing for 31 Disposal, owned and operated by Stan and Linda
Rech, be and hereby is, continued to November 1 , 1985.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of
August, A.D. , 1985 .
