RE: CORRECTION TO LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR CHANGE OF ZONE - PINE
LAKE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
to
WHEREAS, on June 12, 1985, the Board did, by Resolution,
approve a Change of Zone from A (Agricultural) to R-5 (Mobile Home m ,a
Residential) for Pine Lake Village, for property described as part 4"O
of the NW* , Section 17 , Township 1 North, Range 67 West of the 6th
P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and n

WHEREAS , the Board has been advised that said legal z tu
description of property was not correct, and should be corrected zco
to read as follows: 00

WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to z
