RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE WELD COUNTY
HEALTH BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Health
Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Thomas Cope be
appointed to an at-large position on said Board, with his term to
expire May 23, 1991 , and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dr. William Cutts and
Jean Maxey be reappointed to said Board, with their terms to
expire May 23 , 1991 , and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to appoint and reappoint the above
named individuals to the Weld County Health Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Thomas Cope, Dr.
William Cutts, and Jean Maxey be, and hereby are, appointed and
reappointed to the Weld County Health Board, with their terms to
expire May 23 , 1991 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 1st day of
June, A.D. , 1988 .
