We have obtained a surface lease of 150' x 200' in the northwest corner of the N/2NW/4 Sec. 15 from the property owners. The intended use for this site is as a tank storage area. This tank will be a central storage area for the methanol used to prevent freeze ups of down-hole and surface equipment on approximately 300 producing oil and gas wells and 400 miles of pipeline we operate in Weld County.
