RE: FEE FOR PERMIT FOR TEMPORARY ASSEMBLAGES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Weld County, in accordance with Ordinance No. 85,
concerning the establishment of regulations governing the
conduct of temporary assemblages on public or private lands
within the unincorporated portions of the County of Weld,
provides for a permit fee, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Administration has
recommended a fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100. 00) for such
permit in accordance with Ordinance No. 85 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado hereby establishes a
permit fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100 . 00) in accordance with
Ordinance No. 85 concerning the establishment of regulations
governing the conduct of temporary assemblages of public or
private lands within the unincorporated portions of the County
of Weld.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of
March, A.D. , 1987.
