Thursday, January 17, 1985 at the Sierra Vista Health Care Center, 821 Duffield Ct. ,
Loveland (669-0345) .
TENATIVE AGENDA
1. Review of October 18, 1984 meeting on the topic: "The Public Health Needs of
Weld County Citizens", which had our largest attendance ever (67 persons) . We
will report on actions taken since then by the Joint Study Committee of North
Colorado Medical Center and Weld County Health Department.
2. Membership and Mailing Lists for the Alliance for Health. Who should partici-
pate in Alliance meetings? Check our mailing list for accuracy, make correc-
tions and additions to list. Should there be a fee to cover postage, refresh-
ments, and meeting roan rental?
Note: The Alliance presently is voluntary, open to anyone,
non-governmental, has no official capacity and no
legal duties, no dues at this time. It is an infor-
mation sharing group.
3. Future PLvyLam needs and requests. A planning session to identify program
topics and speakers.
4. Legislative Bills and Issues in Health Care. We are trying to confirm the
date for a special meeting on legistative issues to be held on a Friday
afternoon in February or March• Your suggestions for the exact date are
solicited. Senator Wayne Allard and Representative Cliff Bryan of Loveland
and Representative Bill Artist of Greeley have expressed a willingness to
discuss bills and issues before the Colorado General Assembly this session.
Please RSVP to Barb, 330-7222 Ext. 260 by January 15th, so we know the number
of chairs to set up.
