ORDINANCE NO. 84-B
IN THE MATTER OF REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 84-A AND RE-ENACTING THE SETTING
OF FEES FOR SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE WELD COUNTY GOVERNMENT.
ou BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WELD COUNTY,
COLORADO:
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado
nt has authority under state statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter to
i establish certain fees for services provided by the various departments of
Weld County Government, and
:= WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County desires,
through this Ordinance, to set fees and charges for the rental of various

Weld County Government buildings, the copying by County of public documents
where the fee is not otherwise specified by law, the sale of Weld County
road maps, planning and building inspection materials, the taking of
= fingerprints by the Weld County Sheriff's Department for individuals,
extraordinary research of public records which Weld County Government is
not required to perform by law, the performance of weed spraying services,

parking fees, recreational vehicle dumping, overnight camping site fees,
o library fees, and ambulance service fees.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado that the fee schedule for the rental of various Weld
County Government buildings and parking fees set forth in Exhibit "A", a
copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
shall be the fees charged by Weld County Government for the rental services
and parking services described therein.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado that the fee schedule for services provided by the Weld
County Ambulance Service set forth in Exhibit "B", a copy of which is
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, shall be the fees
charged by the Weld County Ambulance Services for services described
therein.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado that the fee schedule for the missile site park for
campsite space and recreational vehicle tank fees set forth in Exhibit "C",
a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,

shall be the fees charged by Weld County Government for the campsite and
recreational vehicle tank dump services described therein.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado that the fee schedule for services provided by Weld County
Government for the copying of county or public documents where the fee is
not otherwise specified by law, for the sale of Weld County road maps, for
planning and building inspection materials, for the taking of fingerprints
= by the Weld County Sheriff's Department for individuals, for extraordinary
_ research of public records for which Weld County Government is not required
to perform by law, and for weed spraying services, set forth in Exhibit
"D", a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference, shall be the fees charged by the Weld County Government for the
services described therein.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board that the fee schedule for library
related services, as set forth in Exhibit "E", a copy of which is attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference, shall be the fees charged by
Weld County Government for the services described therein.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld

County, Colorado that the effective date of said fee schedule shall be
January 1, 1983, and such fees shall remain in full force and effect until
the Board ordains to change such fees.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado that this ordinance shall supercede all prior ordinances
and resolutions concerning fees for the services enumerated in this
ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado that pursuant to Section 3-14(6) of the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, the Board of County Commissioners finds and hereby declares
this Ordinance to be an emergency ordinance and that its immediate passage
is necessary for the preservation and protection of the public health,
property and safety and that time is of the essence for the effective date
of this Ordinance.

seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 15 th day of December,

A County employee responsible for the building must be present during
"i - weekend events. The employee will be paid $6.00 per hour by sponsoring
group prior to the opening of event.
Any County labor provided beyond routine service will be charged on a cost
recovery basis determined by the Fair Manager for Fair buildings use.
