RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 645 - JAMES E. AND JANE LANYON
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of adminsitering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 25th day of August, 1982, considered the request
of James E. and Jany Lanyon for a mobile home to be used as a
principal dwelling on the parcel of land, which is to be occupied
in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly described
as follows :
Lot 6, Block 47, Aristocrat Ranchettes Sub-
division, 2nd Filing, Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted, sub-
ject to the following conditions: 1) the Weld County Health De-
partment shall approve the proposed septic system; 2) evidence
of a domestic water system shall be submitted to the Department
of Planning Services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of James E.
and Jane Lanyon for permission to place a mobile home to be used
as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land,
which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning
Ordinance, Section 43, be, and hereby is, granted subject to the
conditions above listed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of
August, A.D. , 1982.

permit.

MOBILE HOMES. THE BUILDING PERMIT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION,
ROOM 342, CENTENNIAL CENTER, 915 10th STREET, GREELEY, COLORADO, AFTER APPROVAL OF THE
ZONING PERMIT.
A sketch plan is required as part of the application review. Please attach a sketch plan
of the site at the scale of one inch represents fifty feet or other suitable scale to show
the proposed location of the mobile home, including distances from the property lines and
oth r structures on the property; access to the mobile home, indicating whether the access
is existing or porposed; location and measurements of any easements or right-of-ways;

Dear Mr. Allison:
We have received the above referenced proposal to allow zoning for a
mobile home as a principal dwelling within the Aristocrat Ranchettes subdivi-
sion. The application indicates that the Langon's will pursue a well permit
from this office as their intended water supply.
The applicant may be able to obtain a household use only well permit pur-
suant to the presumption of non-injury as expressed in CRS 37-92-602(3) (b) (II) .
It is possible that limited amounts of ground water could be encountered at
depths from 200 to 400 feet. The water may be of questionable quality. Out-
side use of this water would be prohibited. A local well driller may be able
to provide information concerning the feasibility of such a well. This letter
will not affect the applicant's ability to obtain a well permit pursuant to
the above referenced statute.
Since this proposal does not involve a separation of property and since
it apparently involves a density of only one dwelling on the pre-1972 lot, we
have no objection to its approval. We cannot, however, certify that the pro-
posed source of water would be either reliable or adequate for the applicant's
requirements.
