RE: APPOINTMENT OF RICHARD MILENSKI , AUGUST GEISICK AND LEO
ROHRIG TO THE BUILDING TRADES ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, three vacancies currently exist on the Building
Trades Advisory Committee due to the expiration of the terms of
Richard George and Clayton Johnson and the resignation of John
Keyser, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Richard Milenski
be appointed to replace Richard George as representative of
the Framing Contractors; August Geisick to replace Clayton
Johnson as representative of Heating/Mechanics; and Leo Rohrig
to complete the unexpired term of John Keyser as representative
of small commercial or general contractors, and
WHEREAS, the terms of Richard Milenski and August Geisick
shall expire on April 10 , 1983 and the term of Leo Rohrig shall
expire on April 10, 1981.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Richard Milenski and
August Geisick be, and hereby are, appointed to the Building
Trades Advisory Committee for terms to expire April 10, 1983,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado that Leo Rohrig be, and hereby is,
appointed to the Building Trades Advisory Committee to complete
the unexpired term of John Keyser, said term to expire on
April 10, 1981.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 5th day of
May, A.D. , 1980.

Subject: Building Trades Advisory Committee
Terms of four members of the -Building Trades Advisory Committee expired
on April 10, 1980. The Committee has recommended that members serve only
one term in order to allow broader participation among the building trades
industry, and therefore, present members have chosen not to be considered
for reappointment. Members whose -terms are expiring and their recommended
replacements are as follows: (terms would -expire April 10, 1983)

In addition, John Keyser, representing small commercial or general contractors,
has submitted his resignation and has recommended that Teo Rohrigj of-Leo
Rohrig Construction, be appointed to complete his term which expires 4/10/81.
Recommendations for Plumbing and Electrical representatives should be available
following the next BTAC meeting; I would ask that those two positions be
held over for your consideration on Wednesday, May 14th. The other three
appointments have been listed for your consideration at the Board meeting of
Monday, may 5th.
