RE: APPROVAL OF RIGHT-OF-WAY GRANT BETWEEN COLORADO GATHERING
AND PROCESSING CORPORATION AND WELD COUNTY, COLORADO AND
AUTHORIZATION FOR THE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a right-of-way grant between Weld County, Colorado
and Colorado Gathering and Processing Corporation has been
presented to the Board of County Commissioners, granting
Colorado Gathering and Processing Corporation a permanent ease-
ment for a right-of-way, and
WHEREAS , after study and review, the Board deems it advisable
to amend said grant by adding the following statement to the
description of the right-of-way:
"for the sole purpose of placing one pipeline
within said easement"
WHEREAS, all other terms shall be as stated in the agree-
ment, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein
by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the right-of-way grant
between Weld County, Colorado and Colorado Gathering and Pro-
cessing Corporation be, and hereby is, approved as amended.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be,
and hereby is, authorized to sign said right-of-way grant.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of
December, A.D. , 1983

RIGHT-OF-WAY GRANT
Know all men by these presents , that Weld County
, of the County of Weld, State
of Colorado, hereinafter referred to as the "Grantor"; hereby
grant and convey to Colorado Gathering C,. Processing Corporation
hereinafter referred to as the "Grantee", a permanent easement for
a right-of-way for the purposes hereinafter set forth. The right-
of-way shall be described as follows :
A 20. 09 foot strin located approximately 209. 00 feet
west of the east line of Parcel No . 9961-01-0-00-,050,
Weld County, Colorado for the sole purpose of placing
one pipeline within said easement.
The Grantor also hereby grants and conveys to the Grantee,
temporary reasonable access outside of
p y �sxB effi permanent easement for const-
ruction purposes.
The permanent right-of-way shall entitle the Grantee, it 's
successors and assigns to install, construct, relocate, alter,
repair, inspect, maintain, remove, and operate an underground gas
pipeline, and all appurtenances thereto.
The Grantee shall bury said line to a depth of approximately
four (4) feet, fill all trenches to the originhl ground surface,
compact backfill as necessary to avoid settlement, remove and
replace topsoil in farmed fields, and restore all improvements to
pre-existing condition.
The Grantee herewith conveys to the Grantor the sum of
$909. 00 , in consideration for said easement, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantors have hereunto set their hands
and seals on this 7th day of December , 19 83
