RE: APPROVAL FOR WELD COUNTY TO CAST A FAVORABLE VOTE FOR THE
PROPOSED NEW RAYMER-STONEHAM PEST CONTROL DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, ballots were mailed to landowners in the New Raymer-
Stoneham area requesting that said ballots be returned indicating
whether the landowner is in favor of, or opposed to, a pest
Control District in said area, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that Weld County is a land-
owner in this area, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable and in
the best interests of the citizens of Weld County that the Board,
on behalf of Weld County, cast a favorable vote for said Pest
Control District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that a favorable vote be
cast for the proposed New Raymer-Stoneham Pest Control District.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 1st day of
February, A.D. , 1984.
