RE: APPROVAL OF LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING REGARDING REVENUE BONDS
FOR WELD COUNTY AND LARIMER COUNTY AND AUTHORIZATION FOR
THE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN SAME
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a letter of understanding concerning the issuance
of Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bonds, 1983 Series A, has been
presented to the Board of County Commissioners , a copy of which
is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied said
letter of understanding and deems it advisable to approve the
same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the letter of under-
standing between Weld County and Larimer County regarding Reve-
nue Bonds be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be,
and hereby is, authorized to sign said letter of understanding.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of
September, A.D. , 1983 .

Gentlemen:
The undersigned is the Chairman of the Board of County
Commissioners of Larimer County,
Colorado (the "County" ) . The
County is in the process of issuing its Single Family Mort-
,_____ gage.___ _gage Revenue Bonds,
1983 Series A in the aggregate principal
amount of $15 , 555,000 (the "Bonds" ) . The proceeds of the

The Mortgage Loans, and the terms and conditions under
which they are to be purchased with a portion of the proceeds
of the Bonds, are set forth in a Sale and Service Agreement,
dated as of August 1, 1983 (the "Sale and Service Agreement") ,
among the County and various participating mortgage lending
institutions (the "Participants" ) . As set forth in the Sale
and Service Agreement, a portion of the proceeds of the Bonds
has been allocated for a period of time solely for the purpose

of purchasing Mortgage Loans with respect to single family
residences located in the Counties Weld and Larimer, Colorado
and the City of Arvada, Colorado.
It is our understanding that you have reviewed and approved
the terms and conditions under which the Mortgage Loans are to
be originated by the Participants and purchased with a portion
of the proceeds of the Bonds, all as set forth in the Sale and
Service Agreement. If our understanding is correct, please
so indicate our agreement concerning these matters by signing
and returning a copy of this letter provided herewith.
