RESOLUTION GREELEY. Coto.
RE: SALARIES OF ELECTED OFFICIALS COUNTY TREASURER, COUNTY ASSESSOR,
AND COUNTY CLERK AND RECORDER
WHEREAS, Section 13-8(1) of the Weld County Home Rule
Charter states that the Weld County Council shall set the salaries
of all elected officials; and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Council has, by majority vote,
agreed that the salaries of all elected officials should be
increased for the years 1983, 1984, 1985, and 1986;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the county Treasurer, county
Assessor, and county Clerk and Recorder shall be paid $28,000.00
for the years 1983, 1984, 1985, and 1986, with said salary to take
effect on the first working day of 1983.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on Motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 18th
day of _ Februar , 1982.
