The ADC load increased by 37 households with the number of households headed by unemployed males (112) reaching the highest level since April, 1975. Food Stamp issuance remained at a high level with 3,041 households receiving these benefits during February. Expenditures for February (excluding Old Age Pension and Food Stamps) were $655,756. This amount was $32,849 higher than the previous month and $69,877 higher than the same month in 1979.
