AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE AUTHORIZATION OF THE DISTRIBUTION OF THE OFFICIAL
STATEMENT OF THE WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, ADJUSTABLE RATE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
REVENUE BONDS (EISENMAN CHEMICAL CO. PROJECT) SERIES 1982, IN THE PRINCIPAL
AMOUNT OF $2,500,000.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WELD COUNTY, COLORADO:
SECTION 1. RECITALS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, did,
on November 15, 1982, approve Ordinance No. 104 relating to the issuance of
:...\: :.0 adjustable rate industrial development revenue bonds under the provisions of
the Colorado County and Municipality Revenue Bond Act; providing for the
issuance and sale of Weld County, Colorado, adjustable rate industrial
development revenue bonds (Eisenman Chemical Co. Project) Series 1982, in the
mu principal amount of $2,500,000, and,

^a- The official statement prepared in connection with said bond issue dated
November 15, 1982, should be distributed.
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, approve of the distribution of the official statement in
connection with said bond issue, and authorize execution thereof by the
Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners.
SECTION 2. DECLARATION OF EMERGENCY
The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Section 3-14(6) of the Weld County Home Rule Charter does hereby declare this
Ordinance to be an emergency Ordinance under said provisions of the Weld
County Home Rule Charter in that any delay in the passage of this Ordinance
would delay the closing and threaten the financial feasibility of the project.
The above and foregoing Ordinance No. 104-A was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 22nd day of November, A.D. ,
1982.
