RE: REAPPOINTMENT OF CHARLES ERICKSON AND APPOINTMENT OF ROBERT
HOFFNER, FRED NEWCOMB, AND CHARLES MACRUM TO THE BUILDING
TRADES ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Building Trades
Advisory Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Charles Erickson repre-
senting Northern Colorado Home Builders be reappointed for a term
expiring April 10 , 1987, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Robert Hoffner be
appointed to fill the unexpired term of Stan Nightengale, cement
contractor, which expires April 10 , 1985 , and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Fred Newcomb, large
independent general contractor, and Charles Macrum, Weld County
Home Builders, be appointed for terms to expire on April 10 , 1987 ,
and,
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable
to accept the recommendations as hereinabove mentioned.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Robert Hoffner be, and hereby
is, appointed to the Building Trades Advisory Committee to complete
the unexpired term of Stan Nightengale, said term to expire on
April 10, 1985, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Charles Erickson be reappointed to the
Building Trades Advisory Committee for a term to expire April 10 ,
1987, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Fred Newcomb and Charles Macrum be, and
hereby and are, appointed to the Building Trades Advisory Committee
for terms to expire April 10 , 1987.

Appointments to the Building Trades Adv. Board
Charles Erickson - He is being reappointed. He will continue
being the representative for No. Colo. Home B1drs. His term
will expire April 10, 1987.
Robert Hoffner - Has been appointed to serve. He will replace
Stan Nightengale, who held the position of Cement Contractor.
His term will expire April 10, 1985.
Fred Newcomb - Has been appointed to serve. He will replace
Ernest Duran, who held the position of lrg. Indp. General
Contractor. His term will expire April 10, 1987.
Charles Macrum - Has been appointed to serve. He will replace
Bob See, who held the _position of Rep. of Weld Co. Home Bldrs.
His term will expire April 10, 1987.
