RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 742 - ELDEN BAKER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 1st day of June, 1983, considered the request of
Elden Baker to place a mobile home to be used as a principal
dwelling, and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District,
on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows:
Part of the N1 SE4, Section 11, T2N, R67W of
the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the
testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to
the following conditions: 1) the applicant providing proper
access to the mobile home which meets County Engineering design
standards; and 2) the applicant applying for and receiving a
building permit for the mobile home within thirty (30) days from
the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Elden
Baker to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling
on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in
compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43, be
and hereby is, granted subject to the conditions as above listed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 1st day of

This request is for one mobile home(x31 to be used as : a Principal Dwelling
Legal Description of Parcel : Pt. N-1/2, SE-1/4, Sec. 11, T2N, R67 W of the 6th P.M.
Location: Approximately 4 miles south of Platteville on WCR 23
The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and recommends that
the request be approved for the reasons:

x Be in harmony with the character of the neighborhood.
Adversely affect the immediate area .
Be adequately served by water and sewage disposal
facilities .
Adversely affect the general health, safety and
welfare of the inhabitants of the area and the
County.
COMMENTS:
Mr. Baker would like to move his mobile home on the Richard Hein property for his
job that is associated with this property.
The Department of Planning Services staff did receive a phone call on May 12, 1983
from an adjacent landowner concerned about the placement of a mobile home on this parcel.
The Department of Planning Services staff's recommendation for approval is
conditional upon:
1. The applicant providing proper access to the mobile home
which meets County Engineering design standards; and
2. The applicant applying for and receiving a building permit
for the mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date of
approval by the Board of County Commissioners.
