RE : GRANT MOBILE HOME REQUEST OF JIMMIE AND HELEN L. REEVES
FOR A MOBILE HOME AS A PRINCIPAL DWELLING IN AN
AGRICULTURAL ZONE DISTRICT ON A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED
ON LOT 5, BLOCK 78, ARISTOCRAT RANCHETTES , THIRD FILING,
SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH, RANGE 66 WEST OF THE 6TH
P.M. , WELD COUNTY, COLORADO.
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , Jimmie and Helen L. Reeves have applied to the
Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado for a
permit to place a mobile home on the following described real
estates, as a principal dwelling, and which is to be occupied
in an A-Agricultural Zone District, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 30th day of September, 1981, considered the
request of Jimmie and Helen L. Reeves for a mobile home as
a principal dwelling on a parcel of land more particularly
described as follows :
Lot 5, Block 78 , Aristocrat Ranchettes,
Third Filing, Section 26 , Township 2 North,
Range 66 West of the 6th P .M. , Weld County,
Colorado.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the applicants, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of
Jimmie and Helen L. Reeves for permission to place a mobile home
as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land
to replace an existing mobile home be and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 30th
day of September, A.D. , 1981.

COMMENTS :
The applicant has a mobile home on this lot and wishes to replace this home with
another mobile home. The existing mobile home will be removed from this parcel.
The first mobile home was place on this lot without going through the proper
permit procedures. Therefore, the applicant is appealing to the Board of County
Commissioners for a zoning permit for a mobile home.
