RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN TO SIGN UNIFORM FINAL ACCEPTANCE
FORM CONCERNING COURTHOUSE ELEVATOR
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, installation of a new elevator at the Weld County
Courthouse has been completed, and
WHEREAS, Andy Petruzzi, Buildings and Grounds Superintendent,
has recommended acceptance of said elevator and further that the
Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners be authorized to
sign the Uniform Final Acceptance form.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Chairman of the Board
be, and hereby is, authorized to sign the Uniform Final Acceptance
form which signifies acceptance of the elevator installed at the
Weld County Courthouse.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 4th day of
June, A.D. , 1980.

Dear Sirs:
We have examined the Passenger elevator No. installed
by you in the Weld County Court House building,
9th Avenue & 9th Street, Greeley Colorado
Street City State
and find same satisfactory and in accordance with the contract and we accept the elevator under the terms and guarantees
of said contract.
By mutual agreement, legal time of lien rights will not commence until free service period specified in this contract has
been completed.
Notice is hereby served that lien will be filed if payments are not made in accordance with contract terms.
