RE: GRANTING REQUEST OF THE GREELEY OKTOBERFEST FOR USE OF THE
LIVESTOCK BUILDING AND WAIVER OF RENTAL FEE FOR SAME
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statutes and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board on June 10 , 1981 authorized the Greeley
Oktoberfest use of the Livestock Building on October 3, 1981 for
their annual festival, and
WHEREAS, the Greeley Oktoberfest has requested that the
date for their annual festival be changed from October 3, 1981
to October 10, 1981, and
WHEREAS, the Board considered said request from the Greeley
Oktoberfest to change the date for their annual festival from
October 3 , 1981 to October 10 , 1981 and the Board desires to
grant said date change.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of
the Greeley Oktoberfest for the use of the Livestock Building on
October 10, 1981 be, and hereby is, granted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
that the resolution dated June 10 , 1981, except for the date
change, shall remain in full force and effect.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 19th
day of August, A. D. , 1981.
