Home My WebLink About810424.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 425 FOR RONALD HULSTROM FOR A SECOND MOBILE HOME AS AN ACCESSORY USE ON AN AGRICULTURAL UNIT WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Ronald Hulstrom has applied to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado for a permit to place a second mobile home on the following described real estate as an accessory use on an agricultural unit and which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 18th day of March, 1981 , considered the request of Ronald Hulstrom for a second mobile home as an accessory use on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows: The South Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22 , Township 1 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P .M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the applicant, as well as the recommendation of the Department of Planning Services, finds that said request should be granted provided the applicant obtains adequate water prior to making application for a building permit for the mobile home. Such permits shall automatically expire and the mobile home shall be removed upon the cessation of the use of the mobile home as an accessory use on the agricultural unit. 2. A zoning permit for more than one mobile home in the "A" Agri- cultural District as an accessory use on an agricultural unit may he issued only upon approval by the Board of County Commissioners. The mobile home will be occupied by persons principally employed on the agricultural unit where the mobile home is located. 2.
