AND BILLIE JEAN SMITH WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , a Change of Zone hearing was scheduled for Orville W. and Billie Jean Smith on May 23 , 1984 , at 2 : 00 p.m. as stated in the Notice dated April 18 , 1984 , and published in the La Salle Leader on April 19 , and May 10, 1984 , and WHEREAS , because only three Commissioners were present at the hearing of May 23 , 1984 , the applicant chose to continue this matter to a date when all five Commissioners will be able to be present, and WHEREAS , the Board deems it appropriate to continue said Change of Zone hearing, requested by Orville W. and Bille Jean Smith, to June 6 , 1984 , at 2: 00 p.m. NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Change of Zone hearing, requested by Orville W. and Billie Jean Smith, be , and hereby is, continued to June 6 , 1984 , at 2 : 00 p.m. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of May, A.D. , 1984.
