RE: APPOINTMENT OF JOE GARCIA, CARROLL MILLER AND DAVID DROEGEMUELLER
TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, four vacancies now exist on the Board of Adjustment,
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable
to reappoint Carroll Miller to said Board of Adjustment as the
representative from District 3 , to reappoint Joe Garcia as the
representative from District 4 , and to reappoint David Droegemueller
to represent the at-large position, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners further deems it
advisable to defer making an appointment to the District 6 posi-
tion until a later date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado that Carroll Miller, Joe Garcia
and David Droegemueller be, and hereby are, reappointed to the
Board of Adjustment to represent the Districts as hereinabove
mentioned.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
that the appointment to the District 6 position on said Board of
Adjustment be, and hereby is, deferred to a later date.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of
January, A.D. , 1980.
