RADEMACHER WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado has reviewed the request of Louis J. Rademacher. The legal description of the property involved is attached to the application as an exhibit. We believe that the situation involved presents a strong case for approval of our client' s request. The property involved is to be conveyed to the owners of the neighboring farm. Therefore, our proposal is simply to change the boundaries of the two farms. The proposed buyers are George S. Reynolds, who owns an undivided 55 percent interest and George S. Reynolds II, who owns an undivided 45 percent interest in the adjacent farm. The Reynolds farm is the east half of the northeast quarter and the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section 30, Township 3N, Range 67W of the 6th p.m. , Weld County, Colorado. If this exemption application is approved, our clients will deed the subject property to the Reynolds in the same manner as they currently hold the rest of their farm. We are also enclosing a copy of a deed to the Rademachers dated December 1, 1980 . Although this deed is for only one- half interest, that is because Mr. & Mrs. Rademacher already owned the other half interest. The fact that they own the subject real estate in fee simple is indicated by the copy from Schedule A of the title insurance commitment for the buyers, the Reynolds. For your further information we are enclosing a survey plat of the property involved.
