Enclosed for Board approval is a Non-Financial Agreement between the
Senior Nutrition Program and the University Plaza.
The Agreement provides for a congregate meal site to be located in
the University Plaza. The site will be open between 10:00 a.m. to
2:00 p.m. , on Tuesday and Thursday of each week.

MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT is made this CI!,/, day of September, 1982, by and between
the Weld County Senior Nutrition Proj t, a department of the Weld County Division
of Human Resources, having its office at Greeley, Colorado, hereinafter designated
as the "Project ," and University Plaza, a not for profit organization and existing
under the law of the State of Colorado, with principal offices at Greeley, Colorado,
hereinafter designated as the "Site. "
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to work together for the express purpose
of providing nutrition services to the senior citizens of Weld County; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to provide a congregate meal site for senior
citizens in Weld County; and
WHEREAS, to implement these goals, the parties desire to establish an
Agreement for the use of the University Plaza for the Weld County Senior
Nutrition Project;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the parties hereto covenant
and agree as follows:
1. The Site agrees to allow the Project the use of its kitchen, including
equipment, restrooms, and dining hall at no cost as a congregate meal
site, Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 a.;n. to 2:00 p.m.
2. The Project will work in conjunction with the University of Northern
Colorado to provide meals and supportive services to senior citizens
of Weld County.
3. Representatives of the Colorado State Department of Social Services
may make inspections of congregate meal sites at any reasonable time.
* 4. This Agreement may be terminated upon thirty (30) days written notice
by either the Project or the Site.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have set their hands the day and year above
written.
