WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home

w is furnishing ,91 net mineral acres of the 78 . 54 acres in the

w NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
N w missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Pooling Agreement
,--I 44 submitted by Petromax Energy Corporation be, and hereby is,

o The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made

STIPULATION TO ACREAGE
AND RATIFICATION OF POOLING
- Corrective -
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, the undersigned , with the exception of the Board of
County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, have previously
executed a Declaration of Production, Pooling , Ratification of
Lease , Spacing and Stipulation of Acreage covering and affecting the
drillsite for the Petromax Energy Corporation Monfort #25-1 Well
recorded in Book 1030 , Reception #1966870, Weld County records
(hereafter "Declaration" ) ; and

o u WHEREAS, said Declaration sets forth the number of acres which

o are to be deemed as contributed by each of the undersigned to the
• drilling and spacing unit for the above-described well located in
• the E/2 of the SE/4 of Section 25, T6N, R66W of the 6th P.M. in Weld
w County, Colorado; and

o x WHEREAS, the Declaration as recorded fails to disclose and
ill
include the interests of Weld County under that certain Deed dated
September 3, 1910 , recorded in Book 337 , Page 268 , Weld County
Records.
o x WHEREAS, the undersigned wish to correct and , as corrected ,
%.o stipulate as to the number of acres contributed by each to said well
r a and drillsite and ratify and adopt said Declaration as corrected.

co U NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises and
other good and valuable consideration, the undersigned hereby
N H stipulate and agree the number of acres which shall be deemed as
H included or contributed by each of the undersigned to the drillsite
0 a for said Monfort #25-1 well shall be as set forth and described in
w the attached Exhibit A which is hereby incorporated by reference as
in w though fully set forth herein.

r- z This corrective Stipulation as to acreage may be executed in one
°' � or more counterparts with full force and effect as though each party
0 hereto had signed same instrument.

The foregoing stipulation shall be deemed effective as of the
o day and date of first production from said well and lands.
