RE: RE-APPOINTMENT OF RAY FOUTS AND APPOINTMENT OF BILL HARGETT
AND DREW SCHELTINGA TO THE UTILITIES COORDINATING BOARD.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, three vacancies currently exist on the Utilities
Coordinating Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Ray Fouts of Greeley
Gas be re-appointed to the Utilities Coordinating Board for a
term to expire December 31, 1983; that Bill Hargett of the City
of Greeley be appointed to said Board for a term to expire Dec-
ember 31, 1983; and that Drew Scheltinga of Weld County be ap-
pointed to said Board to fill the unexpired term of Gil Olson,
said term to expire December 31, 1982, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to ap-
point the above stated people to the Utilities Coordinating
Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Ray Fouts be, and hereby
is, re-appointed to the Utilities Coordinating Board for a term
to expire December 31, 1983.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
that Bill Hargett and Drew Scheltinga be, and hereby are, appointed
to the Utilities Coordinating Board for terms to expire on December
31, 1983 and December 31, 1982, respectively.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of
January, A.D. , 1981.

This memo is to inform you of my retirement from the County
effective January 1, 1981 . Therefore, I will not be elgible
to serve on this committee after said date.
