RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 849 - JARRALD A. JAMISON WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 18th day of April, 1984 , considered the request of Jarrald A. Jamison to place one mobile home to be used as an accessory use in an I-3 (Industrial Three) District, on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: S? N1/2 SEa , Section 32 , Township 3 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions: 1) applicant shall apply for a build- ing permit for the mobile home within thirty days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; 2) a septic permit shall be obtained and the site shall meet percolation test require- ments prior to the issuance of a building permit; 3) prior to the issuance of a building permit, the owner shall submit evidence that the existing well is supplying water in such a manner as to be adequate in quality, quantity and dependability for the pro- posed use; and 4) the mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant has complied with Conditions 1 , 2 and 3 above. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Jarrald A. SE+ 32-3-65 Gentlemen: The reason for requesting a permit for an additional Mobile Home on subject property is that my manager would like 2 days a week off which I feel is reasonable. However, I feel that my tenants property should be watched over 24 hours a day. We have night lights and guard dogs but having a person right there on the property is the best guarantee against theft and vandalisim. It is quite difficult to get a person to come watch the property on a part time basis as we are 8 miles from Hudson and 15 miles from FT. Lupton unless we supply them with living quarters on the property. I have talked with Ron Stowe and Cora Lee with the Public Health Department and their regulations will allow an additional Mobile Home to be attached to the present septic system if we add an additional 500 square feet of leaching field.
