RE: AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN PERMIT APPLICATION TO CITY
OF GREELEY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, an application for a revocable permit for
property located at 1500 Hospital Road has been presented to
the Board of County Commissioners , and
WHEREAS , the City of Greeley requested that the County
build a retention pond in connection with the construction of
the Ambulance garage, and
WHEREAS , due to the lot size, the only available space
for said retention pond is within the City of Greeley ' s right
of way, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners deem it advis-
able and in the best interests of Weld County to make said
application.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County
Commissioners authorizes the Chairman to sign the Application
for a Revocable Permit be, and hereby is approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 9th
day of December, A. D. , 1981.

APPLICATION FOR
A REVOCABLE PERMIT*
TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council of the City of Greeley, Colorado:
The undersigned hereby applies for a Revocable Permit to temporarily
use the real property set forth on the attached plat marked "Exhibit A" .
The described property is located at 1500 Hospital Road
in the City of Greeley, Colorado.
The undersigned fully understands the City Council may, at any time
in the future, revoke the permit if granted.
Before issuance of the permit, the undersigned will pay all required
fees and furnish a Certificate of Insurance equal to the amount of liability
insurance carried by the City.
Should the permit be revoked, the undersigned will within five (5)
days remove all obstructions on said property and return same to the
original condition.
