RE: APPROVAL OF SUBDIVISION EXEMPTION NO. 175 - H. J. BIERIG
AND ROBERT BLEHM
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld, County
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has reviewed
the request of H. J. Bierig and Robert Blehm for an exemption from

H. J. Bierig and Robert Blehm are the owners of certain parcels of
land located in the Northeast a, Northeast a, of Section 26,

WHEREAS, the Board, after hearing the testimony and having
reviewed the application, desires to grant the request of H. J.
Bierig and Robert Blehm for Subdivision Exemption No. 175.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the above described parcel
be, and hereby is, declared to be exempt from the definitions of
"subdivision" and "subdivided land" as set forth in Section
30-28-101 (10) , CRS 1973, as amended, and Section 2-1 A. (3) of the
Weld County Subdivision Regulations.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made

COMMENTS:

parcel currently owned by Blehm. Combining of the two parcels should not have
any significant impact on the immediate area.

meeting with the Board of County Commissioners for Wednesday, March 23,
1983, at 9:30 a.m. This meeting will take place in the County Commis-

SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE
I hereby certify that an actual field survey was conducted on December 4, 1963, by
Mr. David L. Limes, L.S. No. 4947 at the direction of Mr. Henry Bierig for the pur-
pose of describing a tract of land in the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section 26,
Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th Principal Meridian in Weld County,
Colorado.
There was in existence at that time, an iron pin located at the northwest corner of
Section 26 considered then and now to be the proper corner and located as referenced
on the attached plat.
There was also in existence at that time, an iron pin located at the northwest corner
of Section 25 as referenced on the attached plat which was at that time considered
to be the section corner common to Section 323, 24, 25, and 26.
These two pins were connected to establish the North line of Section 26 which is the
North line of the survey described above.
During 1964, we discovered a plat of a survey performed by R. W. Gelder in 1915 and
recorded in Book 6 of Maps at Page 9 of the Records of Weld County, Colorado, which
establishes beyond reasonable doubt that the northeast corner of Section 26 should
be located to the North of the point previously considered as correct
The northeast corner of Section 26 has been reset and is located as referenced.
I further certify that at the direction of Mr. Henry Bierig, the attached plat has
been prepared to define and describe that parcel of land which lies between the
North line of that land previously described and the South fenceline of the present
County Road.
I further certify that this plat has been prepared under my supervision and that
all statements made hereon are true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
