Dear Weld County Commissioners:
Thank you for your letter of April 1, 1981, requesting my
comments on the Coors pre-payment application presented before
the Energy Impact Advisory Committee on February 27, 1981.
Since I was served with a summons in the case of Weld
County Commissioners and Adolph Coors Company against the
Department of Local Affairs et al . , I feel it is inappropriate
for me to comment at this time.
