AR1961788 RESOLUTION RE: APPROVAL OF SUBDIVISION EXEMPTION NO. 216 - ALBERT & CAROLE BUSH WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has reviewed the request of Albert and Carole Bush for an exemption from the defi- nitions of "subdivision" and "subdivided land" in Section30-28- 101 (10) (d) , CRS , as amended, and Section 2-1 A. This is approximately 2 miles west of U.S. Highway 85 on the "Godfrey Bottom" Road. The property was owned by Angeline Durnell, a widow, who is now living is a nursing home.
