HomeMy WebLinkAbout830689.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 704 - ED JENNINGS WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 23rd day of February, 1983 , considered the re- quest of Ed Jennings for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the parcel of land, which is to be occupied in an Agricultural Zone District, more particularly described as follows: Lot 5, Block 3 , Aristocrat Ranchettes, Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Ed Jennings for permission to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Sec- tion 43 , be, and hereby is, granted.
