RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME REQUEST OF LEE CARMIN AND JEARLDINE
HAMILTON FOR A PRINCIPAL DWELLING IN AN AGRICULTURAL
ZONE DISTRICT ON A PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED AS LOT
5, BLOCK 62, ARISTOCRAT RANCHETTES, WELD COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , Lee Carmin and Jearldine Hamilton have applied
to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado
for a permit to place a mobile home on the following described
real estate, as a principal dwelling, and which is to be
occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 12th day of August, 1981, considered the
request of Lee Carmin and Jearldine Hamilton for a mobile home
as a principal dwelling on a parcel of land more particularly
described as follows:
Lot 5 , Block 62, Aristocrat Ranchettes, a
subdivision of Weld County located in
Section 27 , Township 2 North, Range 66
West of the 6th P .M. , Weld County, Colorado.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the applicants, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of
Lee Carmin and Jearldine Hamilton for permission to place a
mobile home as a principal dwelling on the abovedescribed
parcel of land be, and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 12th
day of August, A.D. , 1981.

I , Lee Carmin, am employeed in the Transportation
Business , and as you know, with the high cost of money ,
and the rising inflation, purchasing a mobile home to
put on our own property in Aristocrat Ranchettes , was the only
way we could afford to own our own property and housing .
The cost of building a conventional house would
prohibit us from ever being anything but apartment dwellers .
