Home My WebLink About840763.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 854 - ELMER SULLIVAN WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 25th day of April , 1984 , considered the re- quest of Elmer Sullivan to place one mobile home to be used as an accessory structure, and to be occupied in an A - Agri- cultural Zone District on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows : Part of the South 1/2 , Southwest 1/4 , Section 9 Township 1 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M.
