RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 854 - ELMER SULLIVAN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado , pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 25th day of April , 1984 , considered the re-
quest of Elmer Sullivan to place one mobile home to be used
as an accessory structure, and to be occupied in an A - Agri-
cultural Zone District on a parcel of land more particularly
described as follows :
Part of the South 1/2 , Southwest 1/4 , Section 9
Township 1 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M.
Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted sub-
ject to the following condition: 1) the applicant applying
for a building permit for the mobile home within thirty (30)
days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commis-
sioners .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of
Elmer Sullivan to place a mobile home to be used as an acces-
sory structure on the above described parcel of land, which was
found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance ,
Section 43 , be, and hereby is, granted subject to the condition
as listed above.

The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and
recommends that the request be approved for the reasons:

X Be adequately served by water and sewage disposal
facilities

COMMENTS:
The Department of Planning Services has not received any objecting regarding
this application. The applicants wish to store personal property belongings
in the mobile home.
The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for approval is
conditional upon:
1. The applicant applying for a building permit for the mobile home within
thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County
Commissioners.
